We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.

Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

Sending and receiving faxes through this program is a lifesaver. I am able to access them anywhere at any time whether I am in the office or out of town. It's also a great organizational tool for tracking out "link to fill" forms.

What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply. What do you dislike? For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier. This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. With pdFiller, I have been able to address any paperwork issue that arises in an instant and then get documents back out for a new signature, or an update of information. This has saved me this year and helped me to meet all major and important timelines.

What do you like best? I like the fact pdf Fills stores and keep my documents in order! I like it's easy to use, and it comes with a fax!! I am very pleased that I can send a fax, and I am able to submit report! Also, it come with live help that is an excellent feature! What do you dislike? I dislike the wait period of 30 minute if I forget my password! The systems doesn't seem to lock in my password. I believe I have changed passwords maybe 3 times in under a year. I have spoke with tech support a couple of time because I got locked out because I forgot my password and made to many attempts, so that's an excellent feature! Well because of pdfFiller, I can send pdf files to coworkers and present files as needed! Before pdfFiller, my pdf files were not accepted by my supervisor and staff computers, but now, I can send pdf files with no concerns using pdfFiller! With the company working from home and folks using different systems/computer it's good that pdfFiller documents are able to be received by all my coworkers!
