Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

I didn't want to pay for the whole year but I've been charged for the full amount. Please cancel my membership and refund to the same credit card. If I do receive cancelation I'll dispute the charge.

It took me a bit to figure it out. Your guide was confusing and l tried to read it but l didn't find it helpful but l did figure it out on my own. I was fine after that.

I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

Super easy to use on the go with the App access. I live that part of it.

PDFFIller was very attentive in helping…
PDFFIller was very attentive in helping me accomplish my goals. I appreciate them going out of their way to help me with my documents. I feel so much better knowing my documents are accurate and complete.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.

It includes everything I needed to do, and then some. Its much more user friendly then even Adobe itself. But, for the price, and my specific needs, it works great.

How do you add text to a video on Shortcut?
Select the clip in the timeline you'd like to add text to. Select filters. Click the + There are four different filter menus. Scroll down and select text. The time code is the default, but scroll down, and you can replace the text with whatever you'd like. You can also change.
