So far, so good. It is easy to learn and fill out forms. The questions I had were answered on the spot. Should make multiple signatures on a form possible via email. Amazing.

There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.

I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

Who needs CMC certification?
If a DID company does not possess CUT but possesses Federal Contract Information (FCI), it is required to meet FAR Clause 52.204-21 and must be certified at a minimum of CMC Level 1. Companies that solely produce Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products do not require a CMC certification.
