This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.

We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.
