Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

It is very useful and a lifesaver when on the go and a document(s) needs completed and signing. It is less time consuming and saves paper as you do not need to print and complete/sign documents.

Very good easy to use program
Very good easy to use program. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you.
Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well!
