I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.

The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

Overall great value for the performance and features!
Great UI/UX, picks up all embedded objects from a multi-layer or flat PDF file. Reasonable subscription plan options and the signature/send to sign features are a game changer for a SaaS tool.

The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.

I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.
