At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I would like to attend a webinar at some time, but for next few months I am far to busy to take time and energy for the webinar. I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

At first I had difficulty understanding how to use PDF Filler maybe because the way the dashboard was set up was that there were too many icons that made it seem too overwhelming.

Hands down best ever!
This service is absolutely, hands down, beyond the shadow of a doubt one of the best services that I have ever utilized for document fill-and-sign, templates and basic document editing.
