It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

I am using PDF filler for my business and find it so easy to use. Love the feature that I can save documents as .doc and .pdf and save to my desktop for future reference without logging in.

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

PDFfiller is a great tool to use for editing and templates
PDFfiller allows me to utilize the same forms frequently. As a result, templates or refillable forms ensure document preparation is quicker and more efficient.
Cloud security, ability to easily create templates for commonly used forms, flatten forms after fields filled in when saving to hard drive, in PDFFiller form remains in tact and is editable for reuse, and menu set-up.
I wish PDFfiller would add the ability to add pages to a documents and allow downloading of templates created. Currently, in personal account, PDFfiller allows emailing to recipient to update information in fields, but doesn't allow me to download my template to my hard drive.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

How do you Notarize an electronic signature?
The notary public re-confirms your identity visually using the scanned photo ID, and then witnesses as you electronically sign the document. Similar to how a traditional notary operates, the Notarize notary signs and places his or her notarial seal on your document.

Can you notarize an Signature?
Electronic notarization involves documents notarized in electronic form, with the document signer and notary signing with an electronic signature. The document signer, however, must still be physically present before the notary.
Can I Notarize a document signed electronically?
Once the legal basis for electronic signatures was established, states began addressing the need to notarize electronic documents and remote online notarization. Today, electronic notarization is legally authorized in all states by E-SIGN and/or BETA.
How do I notarize a document electronically?
You simply register on the Notarize app or website, then upload your document(s) and verify your identity. You verify your identity using knowledge-based authentication, which offers you a series of specific questions that only you can answer.
Can an already signed document be notarized?
As long as the signer is personally present before the notary and acknowledges the signature, then the notary can proceed with performing the notarial act. If the document has already been signed, the signer can sign his or her name again above or next to the first signature. You can then proceed with the notarization.
