i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).

I feel like being able to do this (fill in forms) is almost a miracle. But like with most good things you have to practice, which I will be happy to do. Thank you.
I am about to try a "big" project: i.e. preparing a Pre-printed PDF format Quit Claim Deed. If PDFfiller doesn't work I will have to invest in a typewriter. I'll update this again if I can when I have finished.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
