I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. I would only add that when adding text to the editor, it can be moved without blocking the height. Sometimes the PDF blocks the location of the text and it is difficult to align it with the original text.
