Initially, it was a bit difficult to insert the text; but after a while I discovered the "T" tool for aligning texts. I also like the fact that I had choices for signatures.

A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.

How do you assign a release strategy to purchase requisition?
Set Up Procedure with Classification: Click on new entries & Enter release ID, changeable, value change & press save button. Similarly create another release ID as shown below. & save it, press f3, f3. Now click on release strategies.
How do you release a purchase order?
Release Purchase Order. If you are happy with the purchase order as it is, choose Release on the Release Strategy tab page in order to effect release with your release code. By choosing the button, you can cancel a previously effected release with your release code in Release Purchase Order (ME29N).

How can I release my PO?
Release Purchase Order. If you are happy with the purchase order as it is, choose Release on the Release Strategy tab page in order to effect release with your release code. By choosing the button, you can cancel a previously effected release with your release code in Release Purchase Order (ME29N).
How do you release a purchase document in SAP?
Execute the transaction code. Enter release code (mandatory) and release group (optional). Options keep it as default like on the below screen.

Select ECC. At the top level of SAP, select. Select ME23N. Select ME23N SRM. Enter the PO Number. The most recent. Review the PO. View the Purchase Order History.
