Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

I couldn't print directly so I followed instructions for converting document into PDF file on my computer - smooth sailing after that. I like the paper trail of all activities with forms - very helpful to review My Account and see what I have done.

Sign it!
In general is a very good option to fill and sign documents. I did not buy the paid version because I was in need at the moment and it worked perfect for me.
I like the easy to follow process of this software. You dont need to know how to use it. As soon as you start filling any document everything march along the way
I did not see any cons because I was able to resolve my needs with the free trial. I would hesitate to pay for this software if I need again.

Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.
