Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

Ease of use and broadness of applicability.
What do you dislike?
Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. How do I get a server certificate?
Ask the vendor for it. You can ask for the Root CA certificate, so you can authorize all the servers you need at once. Use a web browser to get the certificate. Access a web page on the server with HTTPS. Then use the web browser options to export the certificate to a . Cer file.
How do I find my server certificate?
Select Run from the Start menu, and then enter cert mgr. Msc. The Certificate Manager tool for the current user appears. To view your certificates, under Certificates — Current User in the left pane, expand the directory for the type of certificate you want to view.
What is server certificate?
Server Certificates are basically used to identify a server. Characteristically this certificate is issued to the hostnames, which could be a host reader for example Microsoft or any machine name. The server certificates serve the rationale of encrypting and decrypting the content.
How can I check my certificate online?
Click the Three Dots. You will find them in the top right corner of your browser toolbar. Select Developer Tools. Click the Security Tab, Select View Certificate Check the Expiration Data.
How do I find my SSL certificate?

Can I create my own SSL certificate?
Technically speaking you can create your own SSL certificate (Self Signed) for your domain. Make sure that self-signed certificates will not trusted by browsers and the operating, since there will not be any root certificates.
Can I generate a CSR from any server?
No. It is not necessary to generate the CSR on the machine that you want to host the resulting certificate on. The CSR does need to be generated either using the existing private key that the certificate will be eventually paired with or its matching private key is generated as part of the CSR creation process.
