After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

How do I open an app file?
APP files are executable files similar to. EXE files in Windows and run when double-clicked. Because APP files are macOS packages, you can right-click (or control-click) an application and select “Show Package Contents” to view the files contained in the package.
How do I open Windows features?
To launch the Control Panel, right-click the Start button or press Windows+X on your keyboard, then select Control Panel from the menu that pops up. Click Programs in the list and then select Turn Windows features on or off under Programs and Features.
Which Windows feature to turn on or off?
