Nice applications, sometimes doesn't move real smoothe from one blank to the next if you do not need to fill in for that one it seems to get stuck and has a lag, but over all, nice program.

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I love the fact that you can choose which pages you would like to print. Another great feature is it saves each document automatically and you can save the completed document to another device.

Can a homeowner pull permits?

Allowable Actions. Some forms of electrical work fall outside any state or local regulation. In general, homeowners can perform only the most basic repairs on their own, without any form of license or permit. Most other electrical work requires a permit.

Can a homeowner pull an electrical permit in Massachusetts?
The state DOES allow homeowners to do their own electrical work (unlike plumbing), but some towns (who can make their own code modifications) do NOT allow it. So you need to check with your town. The state does in fact not only allow homeowners to do their own work, they also don't need to pull permits.
Do you have to pull permits for electrical work?
An electrical permit is required when any electrical system is installed, altered, repaired, replaced or remodeled unless specifically exempted by the California Electric Code or by County Ordinance.
What happens if you do electrical work without a permit?
If homeowners are worried about what happens if you get caught without a building permit, and they have non-permitted work, it's possible to get one after the fact. These are referred to as retrospective permits. It's critical that all plumbing and electrical jobs be completed by a licensed contractor.
