When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

Didn't expect a trial... kind of took me by surprise after I used it to file a larger pdf. I like the software but the tactic is a little... predatory?

Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to ***** from support
