9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

duplicate pages
I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

In the case that you just need to open and edit a simple text-based PDF in Google Docs without losing formatting, take these steps. Log in to your Google account, go to Drive. Click +New to upload a PDF from your computer. The file will be uploaded to Google Drive. Google Docs will convert PDF to Word and open the file.
