Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Saves so much time

30 Day Free Trial is wonderful. Has all the forms, information, etc to prepare your taxes and file them electronically. Excellent Website. Excellent Brand.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

hi this is Marty LeClair product manager IBM forums speaking to you today on the topic of FEHB and ex FDL integration our perspective is that every application needs an exceptional web and mobile experience basically to store and access the information you collect and workflow some applications also need document output precision layout and digital signature well the good news is we can integrate fehb and ax FTL to provide in a complete solution leveraging forms experienced builders best-in-class web and mobile and IBM forms document generation and digital signature we also use Feb as the controlling element in this process leveraging its workflow and access control we're able to do this through a new servlet which we've introduced as a an asset so this is not part of the product but rather just an asset that you can use as an example of this integration so let's take a look at a demo in this case I've got a Fed application which is running inside of portals this is something I created based off of a PDF which I borrowed from one of the BlueCross BlueShield and I'm gonna go ahead with this web experience and fill out the information that's required and I've got a nice carousel sort of approach and what I'm completing when I'm completing the form what I can do is actually create the document and then I can open the document in this case I see that all the information is flown into the ex FTL I can sign this and this course can be a digital signature or any other sort of signature that IBM form supports and then I can click Submit in the submit in IBM forms returns me back to forms experience builder so if I go into forms experience builder and take a look at the document that I just filled out you can see that it's stored right in the fehb record I am able to get to it right from there now the linkage here is through the the XML data structure in IBM form so you can see that on the right there and then when I go into the service definition in forums experience builder you can see that the servlet provides me with this service level integration between the two worlds so what I can do is map my forums experience builder application to the XML data structure in my IBM forms application and then I'm also leveraging stages so this is the workflow I start in filling out the form when I click that button it actually moves me to the signature stage which then generates the document and presents back fir for either print or signature so that concludes this short little demo on Feb and xft L integration thank you
