With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to use pdfFiller it was useful but due to difficulty of internet connection in our place and seldom I use the application, I have decided to cancel. Rest assured that I would also recommend it to my officemates.

What do you like best?
I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo.
What do you dislike?
Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

A proper company
PDFfiller apparently thought I wanted a subscription to their service after trying it out once. I did not want that, however, and wrote to them to cancel the payment. They cancelled right away, no questions asked. You know a proper company when that is the procedure.
