The system works very well. While trying ot the product I had no issues at all. it is a very good product, just that after using it, my agency did not accept the forms.

I cannot say there is anything I dislike about this software. It pretty much does the trick in helping my day to day work load.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

This is a great program
This is a great program. If i didn't have a similiar program as part of a package, i would have kept it. Definitely recommending to friends looking for a user friendly and affordable program though. Thanks again!

You should strive to remove clarification comments and simplify the code instead because, good code is self-documenting. ... There are also times when you come across a comment that is redundant. If the code is already simple and obvious, there's no need to add a comment.
