Pretty easy to figure out - the videos are helpful. I missed the Add Fillable Fields part and I am trying to figure that out. Support Chat was helpful. This is my first attempt to use Send to Sign

Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
