Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

Easy to Use
It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one.
I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well.
I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

Prompt and Efficient Response
They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

Thus far have managed to sign and complete forms, but can use a webinar to learn more. D id not know how to make changes that were not in the fillable portion.

Very user friendly and convenient.
Allows multiple options.
What do you dislike?
The pdf filling can be more friendly else
nothing to dislike.
It does what it us supposed to do.

It is a good product - go for it!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Allows splitting pdf, filling pdf documents and rearranging pages.
I have not used it for converting pdf to word so do not know how accurate it is.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too.
