Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. All documents are neat and professional-looking, including my digital signature! Initially I was unsure about whether or not it was worth spending the money on PDF filler b/c I wasn't sure how often I would be using it, but now I would definitely say it's worth it! An absolute necessity for any business to have to get things filled out quickly and neatly!

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Who can file paper return?
It is mandatory to file the income tax returns online for all the registered taxpayers whose taxable income. However, paper returns can be filed by those who are above 80 years of age and do not have any income from regular business or profession.
