Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

Program is very user friendly.
Able to properly prepare and submit IRS Form 941.
Easy to use and instructions on usage is very user friendly. Cost to use the system is affordable. Ability to save documents is crucial to church finances.

What do you like best?
I am able to send documents out for a signature and receive them back signed during a Zoom Video Conference.
What do you dislike?
I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have E-signatures on the original documents and not having to use multiple copies.

I needed to send a corporate…
I needed to send a corporate dissolution document to the state of Deleware and thanks to pdffiller, I was able to find the document I need, fill it in online, and even was able to mail it USPS through the site without ever having to print out a document, manually sign it and have to go to the post office to send it registered mail.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
