The staff service is impeccable
The staff service is impeccable. The online platform works like magic. I am just happy with the service I received, and how good the quality of their online platform is. 20 stars for excellent customer service and 20 stars for excellent platform

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool! Easy to use and export your documents. It saves each version of your filled PDF, so you don't have to worry about filling it out all over if you need to make minor changes.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.
It's a good tool.

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "
