So far so good. I don't know why when I add pictures it doesn't come through in the email. Plus, I don't know how to edit a form once I've completed it.

I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

When I tried to sign in from a new home…
When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

What do you like best?
This platform is so easy to use. I usually get very annoyed with pdf files as most of the other websites I have tried have been a complete pain to make the adjustments I need. PDF filler allowed me to easily add the information, download, and save with my personal E-signature with my toddler on my lap ! I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them for all my conversion needs.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike just yet. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy if you won't be using it often enough so maybe they could have pricing for example 4 downloads monthly etc.

I have been able to fill out pdf forms to submit documents online. It saves the time of printing the pdf, filling it out and then scanning.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

How to Use the PDF Editor Cancel Feature
The PDF Editor Cancel feature allows you to easily cancel any changes made to your PDF document and revert it back to its original state. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF Editor by selecting the 'Edit' option for your PDF document.

Once the PDF Editor is open, you will see a toolbar at the top of the screen. Look for the 'Cancel' button, which is represented by an arrow pointing to the left.

Click on the 'Cancel' button to undo the most recent change made to your PDF document. You can click it multiple times to undo multiple changes.

If you want to cancel all the changes made since you opened the PDF Editor, click on the 'Cancel All Changes' button, which is represented by a circular arrow.

After clicking on the 'Cancel All Changes' button, a confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to proceed. Click 'Yes' to confirm and revert the document back to its original state.

Once you have canceled the desired changes, you can continue editing your PDF document or save it as needed.
