I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

It is convenient, ensures legibility and a professional appearance, and is easy to use. I have used it only for basic functions - i.e. filling in blank lines. I still need to explore what else it can do.

Verry helpful! Things I would change would be to add a paint can where you can color in an entire section. The only other problem i have encountered which may be my own doing is when i edit something and save it and then attach it in an email it looks blurry no matter what i try. Overall the website is great!
