How to Use the PDF with Password Made Simple Feature
The PDF with Password Made Simple feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily protect your PDF documents with a password. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Once logged in, click on 'My Forms' to access your documents.

Select the PDF document you want to protect with a password.

Click on the 'More' button located at the top right corner of the document preview.

From the dropdown menu, choose 'Protect with Password'.

A dialog box will appear where you can enter your desired password. Make sure to choose a strong password that is not easily guessable.

How do you create a password-protected PDF?
First, open the PDF document and provide the password it requires. Click the Print button on the PDF toolbar while viewing the password-protected document. Click the Change button under Destination and select Save as PDF.
How do I unlock a secured PDF?
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page. Select your PDF file. Click Open. Enter the user password. Click UNLOCK. Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
How do you encrypt a PDF file?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
