PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

It works for what its for and has some nice features like saved signatures. If you're commonly using this its probably worth getting.

I like that you can go back to a field and edit it or move it around. Signature option is very useful. I also like that the buttons and are easy to find.

What do you like best?
The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

The interface of PDF isn't as modernized as some other products are.

Not sure how I "subscribed", yet PDFfiller honoured their policy of full cancellation and FULL REFUND.
I'm IMPRESSED !!!
The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".
