Where are bookmarks stored?
The location of the file is in your user directory then in the path “Appear\\Local\\Google\\Chrome\\User Data\\Default.” If you want to modify or delete the bookmarks file for some reason, you should exit Google Chrome first. Then you can modify or delete both the “Bookmarks” and “Bookmarks. Bak” files.

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
At the top right, tap More Bookmarks. If your address bar is at the bottom, swipe up on the address bar. Tap Star.
