Would like it if curser could "snap" to alignment, both vertical and horizontal, and then being able to maybe 'nudge' characters after typing using arrow keys. The red dashed line is very helpful, but getting things looking perfectly aligned takes careful precision with the mouse.

After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

How many months in advance should you apply for Social Security benefits?
The earliest date you can apply is four months before you want your benefits to start. We cannot process your application if you file for benefits more than four months in advance. “No”, you can go to the next step. If you are already 62, you may be able to start your benefits in the month you apply.
Do Social Security benefits start the month of your birthday?
Social Security benefits are not prorated. They start the month following the birthday. The schedule, according to AARP, follows this rule: When the birthdate falls between the 1st and 10th of the month, the payment is issued on the second Wednesday of the month following the birthday month.
Does Social Security start on your birthday or birth month?
Again, no matter what the actual date of your birth is, your benefit can begin in August. However, if you were born on August 1st, according to Social Security's rule, you actually turn 66- full retirement age- on July 31st. Thus, your first check could arrive the month before your actual birth month.
