Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.
