Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. very amazing and interesting web as well as very useful and has a lot of options to be used. I recommend everyone to try it especially those people who they need to edit their pdf files but the one disadvantage i found is the high cost.

Great work all around. I don't understand how people still make uneditable forms, but either way you guys have been a life saver. The new features look great to.

In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

I like the fact that you can upload any document and make the necessary changes.

I dislike that you sometimes it freezes and doesn't allow you to upload quickly.

I have not had many problems . I enjoy I can easily stamp a signature on forms and send them out quickly.

Fabulous addition for the office!!…
We added this for our company in the office as a tool to try out and make things easier. Honestly I have used it far more than I thought. No more printing out anything to fill out and sign it and then scan it back and send it. You can upload and fill in the spaces, check any boxes and sign it, save it and email it right over, and it looks so much more professional too.

aomw kinks. the fillable form doesn't work for distibuting to multiple clients as it saves the info the last client entered presenting high-risk for data breach
