Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

Didn't expect a trial... kind of took me by surprise after I used it to file a larger pdf. I like the software but the tactic is a little... predatory?

Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

This is a lifesaver
This program has made such a difference. We use it to edit our PDF documents online all the time. Great!
The learning curve was steep but we are now over it and everything is working fine. Just remember to save your docs frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.
