I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. this is the only application that I can fill in the Appraisal forms on my Mac Pro. the other softwares are just for Windows based programs. This does what the others do for less than half the cost.

It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

Helpful program with good customer support
This program makes it much easier to complete a complex form than doing it by hand and the customer support is very responsive.

I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!
