Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

What do you like best?
The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.

Well-designed and functional, user-friendly
I use pdfFiller almost every day for my business proofreading for court reporters.
It's been invaluable, whether I need to save a PDF in a different format (.docx, .xlsx, etc.), combine hundreds of pages or PDFs into one PDF, or quickly edit a PDF.
I searched long and hard to find this program, which unlike other PDF programs I tried (including Adobe), consistently delivers on what I need it to do, is well-designed, functional, and user-friendly.
And on top of all that, support responds almost magically quickly to questions or issues, like I had today, which in a deadline-driven business like mine is invaluable.

What is a certificate of eligible?
CERTIFICATE of Eligible (also called Referral List) A list of the highest-ranked eligible in score and veterans' preference order, submitted to a hiring manager or appointing officer for employment consideration.
What is a CERT list?
Generally a cert list and those referred to the selecting official are the same thing. Cert is sort for certificate- a list of those who are certified. In some cases the cert is sent electronically, sometimes the supervisor comes to HR to pick it up, sometimes it goes by US mail.
How long is a certificate of eligible good for?
Issue Certificate: A Certificate of Eligible is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Extend Certificate: Under extenuating circumstances, the Certificate may be extended an additional 30 calendar days (with the approval of FMO).
What is referral list?
The referral list is a list generated by the panel. If you chose California, and they are hiring you will be on their referral list. This does not mean you are hired it just means the state you applied in will be making selections during the panel.
What does 12 month roster mean?
12 month roster means that the posting for the job is open for 12 months. They can hire anytime during that period of time without having to have a new posting. It has nothing to do with the length of the seasonal agreement that they will offer you.
