I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose.
some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.

I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

What is the rule of notice period?
