So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I used this for school for a month and it was great. Only reason I unsubscribed was because I didn’t need it anymore. Customer service is also 10/10

It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.

Can I prepare my own deed?
Although you can prepare such a deed on your own, thanks to the many deed of sale sample letters available out there, it's important to protect yourself by at least having a legal professional review it before you make it official.
How much does it cost to prepare a deed?
Rates vary by state and law office but typically fall in the range of $200 to $400 per hour. Title companies routinely prepare quitclaim deeds in many states. Fees for title companies vary, but a market scan shows an average of $100 to $200 for a simple quitclaim deed.
Who pays deed preparation?
Deed Preparation This fee is for drafting the document that conveys the property from the seller to the buyer and states the warranties and rights that the seller is granting the buyer. In most closings, I find that the seller pays this fee, at closing.
Do I need a lawyer to file a quit claim deed?
A quit claim deed transfers the legal ownership of the property from one party to another, and doesn't require attorneys or legal help, unless you choose to consult an attorney.
How long does it take to prepare a deed?
This is called recording your deed. When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business.
Does a deed have to be prepared by an attorney?
The seller or the seller's broker will hire an attorney to prepare the real estate deed to ensure that all the requirements in the creation of a valid deed are met before the seller conveys title to the property. All real estate deeds must be in writing.
Does a warranty deed have to be prepared by an attorney?
Warranty deeds are simple, you do not need an attorney. Follow the steps and have the deed registered with the county.
Can you do a deed transfer without a lawyer?
To change or transfer a deed without a lawyer, obtain a certified copy and review the information. Take the unsigned deed to the County recorder's office. A County Clerk can witness the granter and grantee's signatures by acting as a notary public. The deed will become official once it has been signed by both parties.
