I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

I've edited 4 documents with pdf filler which was fairly easy considering the editing I needed done was fairly simple. I'm a little disappointed that there is no on-demand training because I've only used some basic features & would like to learn alot more on all of the features that are available & how to use them

I was given forms from the VA but they were copied crooked and there was very little space to write. I am glad that I found your site. I was able to get the forms complete them and turn them in nice and neat.

It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I love the fact that you can choose which pages you would like to print. Another great feature is it saves each document automatically and you can save the completed document to another device.

How do you prepare an interim valuation?
In general, building contracts provide within their conditions regular and timely payments to the contractor. Interim Valuations are prepared by the Quantity Surveyor whenever the architect considers them to be necessary for the purpose of ascertaining the amount to be stated as due in an interim certificate.
How is interim valuation calculated?
The interim valuation is for all work completed, not for the work completed in that period. This means that the certified interim payment is calculated by subtracting the previous valuation from the current valuation, less any deductions.
What are components of interim valuation?
Amounts of Interim Payments. Duly executed work includes elements such as preliminaries, provisional work, prime cost work, works covered by architect's instructions, material and labor price fluctuation claims, and loss and expense claims. These components are considered below.

The Interim Valuation Date determines the due date for each interim payment which is the date 7 days after the relevant Interim Valuation Date (clause 4.3). Payment of each interim payment must be made within 14 days from the due date of the interim payment (i.e. 21 days from the Interim Valuation Date).
