The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

How many trip permits can you get?
You can only buy permits for up to 10 days for the same RV in a 12-month period. You can buy multiple permits for less than 10 days, but the total days for a 12-month period cannot be more than 10.
Do I need a trip permit?
A trip permit is needed if your vehicle is traveling out of state and any of these apply: Your vehicle has 3 or more axles. Your vehicle has a gross vehicle or registered weight over 26,000 lbs. Your tow vehicle and trailer have a combined gross vehicle or registered weight over 26,000 lbs.
