I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

It seems extremely hard to download a… It seems extremely hard to download a form fillable PDF without paying for a premium PDF reader. I don't have a problem paying money, it's just silly that I have to in 2019. There are so many of them...

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

THNX PDFFILLER I couldn't seem to find any document editors that were actually worth using, until i came across PDF FIler! the experience was mostly good, however, when coming from a google doc and putting the document here to convert into a pdf, the drop down tabs that were originally in the google doc did not work- in that way, it was tedious.

Can't find new documents very easily on the program What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
