I need to be able to attach photos to the document, but don't see how to do this. It shows how to upload photos to the form, but the pictures cover the form. I need a seperate page for photos to merge them.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. How do you get a 100 RS stamp paper?
Locate E-stamp vendor near you. Vendors are available near your local register office, local court, and in co-operative bank. Fill the checklist provided by vendor. Pay the stamp amount of Rs. Get your Rs.
How do I buy non-judicial stamp paper?
Non-Judicial Stamps are easily available in Treasury offices in U.P. You can also buy them from registered Stamp Vendors. You can buy them online in case of Delhi.
Can Whitener be used on stamp paper?
Yes you can use a whitener and correct the date on the stamp paper. Affix your signature near the correction thereby acknowledging the same. Affix your signatures thereafter as an acknowledgement of the said rectification.
How do you make corrections to stamp paper?
If the mistake in your document is a factual error, you should meet your personal advocate, prepare a self declaration stating the error, and it's correction, get that printed on another stamp paper, (your lawyer will know the required denomination), and attach it to your original document.
