When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! I absolutely love the collection of documents and the fact that I can make my own forms. It has nearly everything one has to know. PDfiller initially charged me for a full year, when all i wanted was a trial, so I was very upset however I am glad I kept it.

Font choice is a little limited unless I don't know how to find them... Other than that, I've used PDF Filler for about three years now and it is almost a necessity with my job.

I've used it numerous times in Real Estate transactions to finalize contracts, revise items, and change information, etc. It makes my job much easier, neater, and smoother.

How do you cite legislation in footnotes?
Footnote numbers are placed in superscript, usually at the end of the sentence. If you are referring to a word, place the footnote number directly after the word. If you cite one source multiple times, use ibid or supra after the first citation rather than repeating the full citation.
How do you properly footnote?
Place the cursor where you would like the superscript number to appear. Click on Insert Footnote in the References tab. The corresponding number will be automatically inserted in the footer ready for you to add the footnote citation. Type in your footnote citation.

When a footnote must be placed at the end of a clause,1 add the number after the comma. When a footnote must be placed at the end of a sentence, add the number after the period. Numbers denoting footnotes should always appear after punctuation, except one piece of punctuation3the dash.
What should be included in a footnote?
Footnotes can include anything from a citation to parenthetical information, outside sources, copyright permissions, background information, and anything in between, though certain style guides restrict when footnotes can be used.
What should a footnote citation look like?
Footnotes are notes placed at the bottom of a page. They cite references or comment on a designated part of the text above it. For example, say you want to add an interesting comment to a sentence you have written, but the comment is not directly related to the argument of your paragraph.

In Chicago style, footnotes or end notes are used to reference pieces of work in the text. To cite from a source a superscript number is placed after a quote or a paraphrase. Citation numbers should appear in sequential order. Each number than corresponds to a citation, a footnote or to an end note.

Include the pages on which the cited information is found so that readers easily find the source. Match with a superscript number (example: 1) at the end of the sentence referencing the source. Begin with 1 and continue numerically throughout the paper. Do not start the order over on each page.
