I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. great product. a bit pricy for the monthly subscription. charging by the document would be better for a person like me who only needs to use the service occasionally.

Useful form creation and library tools
Makes confirming client changes and work ideas more fluid with notifications of form signing. Wide tool set and excellent selection of preexisting forms.
So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information.
Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues

It makes it easy for our employees to attain and manage pdf files on the go. It saves every time and is easily accessible.
There are times when it takes a few times to bring up the document. This may just be an internet issue on my end.

Why does Office keep asking me to activate?
Office repeatedly prompts you to activate on a new PC. This can happen if you don't uninstall the pre-installed version of Office on your new PC before installing a volume license version of Office. To stop the prompts for activation, make sure your Office uses volume licensing and then update the registry.
