What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

Sending and receiving faxes through this program is a lifesaver. I am able to access them anywhere at any time whether I am in the office or out of town. It's also a great organizational tool for tracking out "link to fill" forms.

Ease of use was great and intuitive Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

I loved this software and features I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it. What do you dislike? The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial offer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.

The receiver is an officer of the courts and the subject managed by him is considered to be in custody of the law. The court appoints a receiver when the court is of the opinion that neither of the party should manage the property till the time the matter is decided.
What is Receivership? The term receivership describes the process in which a 'receiver' is appointed by the creditor, typically a bank, to administer and 'receive' (i.e. liquidate) the company's assets, so the secured creditors can recoup their money.
A Receiver's role is to sell assets for the benefit of the Appoint or, usually a Bank. In the case of a Receiver and Manager, the role includes managing and trading a business. If the Court has appointed a Receiver usually the role is to safeguard assets.
Generally a court pays a receiver from the assets of the receivership estate. To be paid, the receiver submits an itemized report to the court that details the receiver's fees and expenses. Ultimately, the court determines the amount a receiver is entitled to be paid.
A receiver is a named individual who may take possession of property for its protection or realization. A receiver may be appointed by the court, by a charge-holder with a suitable clause in their security or under the provisions of a statute, for example the Law of property Act 1925.
A federal district court judge can appoint a receiver following the SEC's filing of an application, or petition, with the court. The SEC may provide the names of several qualified candidates for a court to consider in determining who should serve as a receiver in a particular case.
Rates typically range from $200 to $500 per hour, although in some cases fixed fees are charged. The receiver may use his own management company with proper disclosure. Generally fees are paid on a monthly basis directly from the proceeds of the property after proper notice to all parties.
To qualify as a receiver a candidate must be a citizen and qualified voter of Texas at the time of the appointment. A candidate must not be a party, attorney, or other person interested in the action in which the receiver is sought. Appointment Procedures.
