Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

What do you like best?
I started using PDFfiller as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat, which is not available for Chromebook. I expected it to be something I could use to make small edits to PDFs and also to fill in non-fillable forms. It has proven to be way WAY more than that. I like that the program is incredibly versatile
What do you dislike?
I wish I could save files to by Google Drive into the folders that I want rather than having to move them from the PDFfiller folder.

I needed a document for work
I needed a document for work. I didn't have a template so I googled the form. PdfFiller popped up from the search and had a copy of the form I needed. PdfFiller made my work so easy! I'm doing the trial now. If all works out I will keep it. It seems to be a great business tool.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
