I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Impressive features and easy to use. My only gripe is that there appears to be no way of changing the date function to day/month/year, but it's just as easy to enter the date manually

Open a document in Word 2016. Switch to the Review tab on the ribbon. Click Restrict Editing in the Protect section of the ribbon. In the Restrict Editing panel on the right, check Allow only this type of editing in the document under 2. ... No changes (Read only) is the default restriction type.
To start out with, launch Word 2010 document on which you want to restrict editing. Navigate to Review tab and click Restrict Editing. You will see Restricting Formatting and Editing pane at the right sidebar providing numerous options to restrict editing.
Restrict editing enables you to fully or partially protect a Word document from unintentional changes with an optional password. If the password is not specified, any user can stop enforcing the protection from the Word application.
Click “File,” and then click the “Info” tab to display the Permission settings panel for your current Word document. Click the “Protect Document” icon to display a list of available document protection features. Click “Restrict Editing” to prevent copying but enable some types of editing of the document.
When you open a protected document, Word restricts what you can change based on whether the document owner granted you permission to make changes to a specific part of the document. The Restrict Editing task pane displays buttons for moving to the regions of the document that you have permission to change.
