I used the trial version of PDFfiller… I used the trial version of PDFfiller for 30 days and it did exactly what I needed. I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. To qualify for the Food Protection Certificate, you must pay the $114 fee, attend all 15 hours and pass the final exam given on the last day of the course. This is a multiple choice exam with 50 questions. The passing grade is 70%. The online course can be taken for free.
NYC Food Protection Exam Practice & Study Resources Don't be. We've heard from several sources that this exam is not that difficult. Additionally, roughly 80% of the questions on the exam are the same questions from the end-of-lesson quizzes you take in course. You should be FINE!
Most people call it a test or an exam, but Service calls it an assessment. There are 40 questions on the real Service food handler assessment and also on this practice test. The Service assessment is not timed, and if you fail, you can re-take it as many times as necessary to pass.
How many times can I take the exam? You can take the exam as many times as required. However, after 2 failed attempts, you must retake the course.
Food Protection: Free Online Training. If you are a supervisor in a restaurant or non-retail food service establishment, you must receive a City certification in food protection practices. To receive a certification, you must first complete the free Online Food Protection Course, or pay to attend the course in person.

If you work in the counties of San Bernardino or Riverside, please contact your local health department for more information.
