Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

Protected PTO provides paid and absence-protected time away from work when you're sick, have to take care of a family member, or for any other unexpected event which causes you to miss work. Any portion of your absence not covered by Protected PTO could result in an occurrence under your location's attendance policy.
How do I remove protected paid time?
In order to apply the protected time off to the full day you called out, you need to go into the section on the wire where you request off. Hit new request. Choose paid time off, and then the reason sick/other. It has to be sick/other for the reason, or it won't apply the protected.
How do I turn off protected time?
If you don't have enough regular PTO to cover your entire time off request, your Protected PTO bucket will be used to pay you for the rest of your requested time off. Check your PTO balance and request both Protected PTO and regular PTO in the GTA portal. You will never lose unused Protected PTO!
How does Protected PTO work at Walmart?
What is Protected PTO? Protected PTO provides paid and absence-protected time away from work when you're sick, have to take care of a family member, or for any other unexpected event which causes you to miss work. Your total PTO earning rate is divided into two separate buckets: PTO and Protected PTO.

According to California law, PTO and vacation are wages that have been earned by, but not yet paid to, the employee. Once you earn vacation or PTO, it cannot be taken away.
