I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am sold on it.Thank you.

Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. I was able to edit the pdf… I was able to edit the pdf appropriately. When I converted to a word document, the places I had checkmarks in the pdf did not align properly in the word document, but that's really the only issue I had.

I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

What do you like best? pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate.
